Great Ouse Primary Academy, Bedford opened as a brand new school in September 2017 and is a proud member of Sharnbrook Academy Federation (SAF). Initially, the school opened with a Pre-School, YR, Y1 and Y2 classes. The school will eventually grow to 420 pupils and be two form entry. Great Ouse Primary Academy thinks and dreams big for its pupils, developing them into great achievers.

We are looking to recruit professionals who share and embrace the school’s core vision of having high expectations for all children; teaching an exciting and challenging curriculum; making every moment count and enabling children to flourish within and beyond the school walls.

1.5 Hours per week (term time only)

The successful candidate will like working with children, and will be happy to take an active role in playtime activities. Applicants should be able to work as part of a team. Experience of working with children would be an advantage. Duties include supervision of children going to and from the dining hall, eating lunch, supervision in the playground to encourage interactive play and also ensuring the welfare and safety of the pupils during lunchtime.
